What can we say – Kim and her team made a difficult move and remodel a much more manageable process. Her ideas for creating a warm and updated look for our 1940’s house were spot-on. Her knowledge of construction issues was certainly helpful, and she could foresee issues and problems ahead of time, so that we could address them in a well thought out manner.
My wife and I have the highest regard for Kim and her staff, and she made us feel that our project was her only project. Her personal caring and can-do attitude helped us get through a trying time with our general contractor.

Kim and Lauren did an amazing job with my remodel project! The project included my kitchen as well as many other improvements to my downstairs living area and office. The results are stunning! They provided complete clarity on the project scope, timing and budget. Along with their design skills, I was most impressed by their communication skills. Not only did they clearly communicate what to expect and when, they were quick to respond and address any questions and/or concerns I might have. The remodel turned out prettier, better, faster and more incredible than I could have ever imagined! KBI surpassed all my expectations!!!
